Description
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Full Service Restaurant Food Server to join our team. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience by providing excellent customer service. If you are passionate about food, enjoy interacting with people, and take pride in your work, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables
- Take customer orders and provide suggestions when asked
- Deliver food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with their meals and handle any complaints or issues that arise
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Clean and reset tables for the next customers
- Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests
We are a casual dining restaurant, locally owned and operated in New Orleans. Full-time and Part-time positions available. Shifts include day and evening, plus weekends.

- Prior experience as a Food Server in a full-service restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy trays
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette and practices
- Must be able to stand, walk for full shift
- Must be 18 years of age or older
